I am a Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor with a special interest in treating anxiety and mood disorders using evidence-based treatment, predominantly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.

 

Through our sessions together, I will ensure the treatment will be tailored based on your needs and goals, and will seek feedback from you to ensure the strategies are effective.

Currently, I  hold the position of Psychology Lead and Allied Health Manager for Mental Health Services at the Northern Beaches Hospital, leading a wonderful team and overseeing the therapeutic services provided to the private, public, psycho-geriatric and short stay mental health wards.

I also co-coordinate the hospital's mental health outpatient programs, include Dialectal Behaviour Therapy groups, an evidence-based therapy aimed to treat people with Borderline Personality Disorder and emotion regulation difficulties.
